  • I may be totally confused but I could have sworn the Inca period was far far later than Ancient Rome. In fact, the empire of Inca only became established about a 2 centuries before the Spanish conquest of mesoamerica. Please let me know if I’m incorrect but Wikipedia seems to feel the same and they predecessor empires were a different culture and people.

    Wth! What about Indus Valley Civilization!? They used to have flush toilets and a sewage system unmatched even by 20th century London, and all of that between 8000-2500 BCE! THEY WERE OLDER THAN GREEKS AND THE CHINESE, EVEN THE EGYPTIANS FOR THAT MATTER!
